Where do you pick up guests?

We can usually pick you up from most piers at or near your hotel. Please inquire when booking about where you would like to be picked up at, and we will do our best to arrange it.

Do you service cruise ship passengers?

 

Yes!  Please let us know, in advance, of your arrival time and we will plan a trip for you.  We require a minimum of guests to make a trip.  If your group is smaller than our minimum, we may be able to add people to your trip (please contact us for specifics), so early planning is best.

How do I get from the cruise ship to the boat?

​

We are located just a short 5 minute walk from the International Cruise Ship Dock, and 10 minutes from the Puerta Maya Pier.  Our dive shop is right in front of Grand Park Royal Cozumel.

What is the weather in Cozumel and when is the best time to come?

​

We hate to sound spoiled, but anytime is the best time to come to Cozumel.  There are always great things to see and the weather is comfortable year round.  Please check out our Diving/Snorkeling FAQ page or Fishing FAQ page for more information about marine life.

Do you offer Hotel packages?

​

Yes, we do!  We partner with the Grand Park Royal Cozumel and others, offering special pricing for our guests.  Please contact us for more information.

What do I need to bring on the boat?

​

Water and sodas are provided on all trips, as well as a small snack.  You are welcome to bring additional food.  We also recommend the following items:

​

• Biodegradable Sunscreen - this is becoming easier to find and can be even be purchased in our retail store at the dive shop.

• Towel

• Sunglasses or other eye protection.  Please be aware that hats and visors may fly off if not secure.

• A shirt or cover up to use while sitting on the boat.  

• Cash - to tip the staff.  They enjoy their work, and work hard to please you.  If you've had a great trip, please express your satisfaction with a tip.

What is NOT included in trips?

​

• Taxi transportation to our location.  The taxi union does not permit this.

• Tip for your guide and captain of the boat.
