General FAQ's

This information applies to all of our trips.

Where do you pick up guests?

We can pick you up from the dock at or near your hotel, south of the Caleta.  We will arrange this with you when you book your trip.   Unfortunately, we cannot pick up guests at the hotels north of the Caleta.  Guests staying north of the Caleta need to arrange transportation to the Caleta, where we will meet you.   

Do you service cruise ship passengers?


Yes!  Please let us know, in advance, of your arrival time and we will plan a trip for you.  We require a minimum of guests to make a trip.  If your group is smaller than our minimum, we may be able to add people to your trip (please see our Rates page for specifics), so early planning is best.

How do I get from the cruise ship to the boat?

Please just take a walk 5 minutes from your Cruise Ship Dock to our location which is ubicated just in front to Hotel Park Royal or you can take a taxi to Hotel Park Royal, where we will meet you.   

What is the weather in Cozumel and when is the best time to come?

Do you offer Hotel packages?

Yes, we do!  We partner with Hotel Park Royal and others and offer special pricing for our guests.  Please email us for more information.  

What do I need to bring on the boat?

Water and sodas are provided on all trips, as well as a small snack.  You are welcome to bring additional food.  We also recommend the following items:

  • Biodegradable Sunscreen - this is becoming easier to find and can be ordered online.

  • Towel

  • Sunglasses or other eye protection.  Please be aware that hats and visors may fly off if not secure.

  • A shirt or cover up to use while sitting on the boat.  

  • Cash - to tip the staff.  They enjoy their work, and work hard to please you.  If you've had a great trip, please express your satisfaction with a tip.

What is NOT included in trips?

There are a few services we are not able to provide:

  • Taxi transportation to our Location.  The taxi union does not permit this.

  • Tip for your guide and captain of the boat.

  • Marine park fee of $2 for divers and snorkelers.  This fee must be paid in cash to the Divemaster or guide on the day of your trip.
